We're looking at a destruction of the Consitution of the United States, as far as I can tell based on all the folks he's been appointing thus far for lifetime appointments. A consensus pick, she says, that focuses on "equality and fairness." As opposed to someone who makes their judgment based on things like laws and rules. You know, what their job as judges should be. Following the Constitution. Not worrying about feelings.

Not to mention, conservatives aren't the ones who opposed the First and Second Amendments. We're the ones who support the Constitution. It's leftists like Kamala Harris who think it's just a piece of paper that prevents them from turning us in to France.

Judges are supposed to respect and uphold the Constitution. If we always appointed judges who respected and upheld the Constitution, no one would ever have to worry about their rights. Except, of course, the left doesn't think of "rights" as you and I do. So for them, activist judges are the only way to go.
