CNN shocked... really, everyone, when they announced they were giving Stephen Gutowski a job. Besides being a conservative, Gutowski is a pro-gun rights reporter and founder of The Reload. On the rare instances that a mainstream media outlet is interested in talking to someone who knows what they are talking about when it comes to firearms and the second amendment, or being remotely intellectually honest about the subject, they call Gutowski. So of course shrill anti-gun harpy Shannon Watts is pissed.

Gutowski made the announcement today, saying "CNN has made clear to me that the goal is to produce nuanced segments to dig into the issues surrounding guns in a way that informs rather than inflames. I’m going to be a subject matter expert, not a commentator. So, don’t expect to see me in many heated debates or going up against your favorite or least-favorite opinion personality."

Watts opposes nuanced segments, as well as discussing guns in a way that informs rather than inflames. She's a progressive. Her job is to lie and scream that anyone who disagrees with her hates children. Watts is less than thrilled.

LOL, how petty do you have to be to claim someone shouldn't have a job because of who he's friends with? As petty as you would have to be to claim someone shouldn't be hired because of all the times he's made you look stupid.

Gutowski is a friend of mine, so you can of course include me on the list of people who think this is a great hire for CNN. Besides being a decent dude with great taste in music, he's worked extremely hard over the past decade to hone his craft both in writing as well as being an expert in all matters of firearms and gun rights. And he does it by being level-headed about one of the most divisive and heated issues Americans have been arguing about for decades.

Watts is useless and a ghoul. The liberal meltdown she's leading over CNN hiring one reporter who has a different opinion than them only helps prove not only is CNN viewed as being biased on the right, it's demanded to be biased on the left.
