Remember when President Obama won the Nobel Peace Prize after being President for an hour and a half? Giving hope to those select few potheads in high school (who did nothing but wad spitballs) that there was a chance they could get an award for their nothingness as an adult? And everyone thought Obama getting the prize was a joke and he only got the award because he wasn't George Bush? Lastly, remember how everyone was like, "But Obama hasn't done anything to deserve it?"

You know who agrees with us? People who voted to give Obama the award...

In a break with Nobel tradition, the former secretary of the Nobel Peace Prize committee says the 2009 award to President Barack Obama failed to live up to the panel's expectations.

Geir Lundestad writes in a book to be released on Thursday that the committee had expected the prize to deliver a boost to Obama. Instead the award was met with fierce criticism in the U.S., where many argued Obama had not been president long enough to have an impact worthy of the Nobel.

Speaking to AP on Wednesday, Lundestad said he didn't disagree with the decision to award the president but the committee "thought it would strengthen Obama and it didn't have this effect."

Right. So you can add the Nobel committee to the list of people that President Obama has disappointed. Also, can someone explain to me how giving someone an award for "expectations" works? Dare I say that there was maybe, just maybe, a smidgen of racism laced in this? As in, "He's the first black president. We genuinely didn't think he can do it. Here's an award, black guy!"

Other people disappointed in Obama: most of America. And the women who his White House pays less than men.
