Leftists would have you believe that everyone armed with a gun is a murder hound. Sure, gun control advocates may not be experts on  firearms... Or know anything about whatsoever, if we're being honest (watch Crowder Schools Ignorant SkyNews Host on Guns and Orlando Shooting). Still, as the mantra goes, if it has a trigger and goes boom - it's scary bad. It's on a mission to make everyone super dead. It also might be a racist.

Except no, that's not true at all. We've proven time and time again all the good that guns can do. This is another prime example.

Augusta Police say two bystanders, legally armed with handguns, stepped in during a shooting incident at a Walmart. The suspects involved were sitting in vehicles parked next to each other when the altercation arose. The occupants of one vehicle fired at the occupants of the other, which resulted in return gunfire.

When the shooting stopped, police said one suspect exited their vehicle to confront the occupants of the other. This is when two bystanders, who were legally carrying, interfered and stopped the incident, police said.

This scenario could have ended with more than falling prices. Instead we're awarding smily faces. People could have been caught in crossfire had these two not been packing heat. Because let's be honest, the real tragedy would be some innocent guy taking his last breath at a Walmart, his dying wish to have been an Amazon Prime subscriber. Expiring in a Walmart parking lot, why it's comparable to dying on the toilet. Thankfully, these two bystanders intervened.

If you browse our previous stories on gun-owners/CC holders, you'll notice a pattern. The terms "gun-owner" and "hero" are practically interchangeable. You know, like how "Hillary Clinton's outfits" and "dumpster fashion" are interchangeable. Lena Dunham and brain-eating amoeba. We could play this game all day long.

That's not to say that all (legal) gun-owners are upstanding citizens. But we oft find them doing more good than what leftists would have us believe. Something worth remembering when Katie Couric tries lies to convince you otherwise (see RED-HANDED: Katie Couric Caught Editing Video to Push Anti-Gun Lies...).

The point? Guns can be super helpful. Also, don't go to Walmart.
