And because of who leftists are as a people, the fact that Cameron is a black guy who has a different opinion than them has led to more than a few less than tolerant comments. Like Saturday night, on SNL. Where Megan Thee Stallion — who you may know as one half of Cardi B's "WAP" — called Cameron a "sellout negro."

I would play the whataboutism game, imagining what would happen if a conservative artist said something similar about Kamala Harris. But it's not like a conservative artist would be allowed to perform on SNL in the first place. Had it accidentally happened, SNL would be begging for forgiveness. Just look at the time they accidentally let Shane Gillis have a job.

The attitude from left that while not surprising, is no less offensive. Because of the color of Cameron's skin, he is expected to railroad police officers even if the facts from an investigation don't warrant the public execution that activists are demanding. Because of the color of his skin AND his political affiliation, racist attacks against him are totes fine with SNL.
