SNL vibe shift? Sketch goes anti-woke, mocks gay couple adopting baby for clout
The last thing you would expect SNL to do is mock a gay couple buying a baby, but they did just that, raising more questions than answers.

LOL. This was almost funny, if that, and they have means to do so much better but the fact that they did this is surprising, yet proof that their woke crap is deeply unpopular with the American people.
The funniest line was probably the "Bulge Dungeon" comment, but it still missed the mark.
Nonetheless, there is a point made that is true, which is that you are not allowed to even think about questioning woke orthodoxy unless you want to be canceled into oblivion. It’s clear that they got the baby through surrogacy, but they refuse to admit that, as if gay couples don’t only have two adoptions to purchase a baby. The point is proved by their blatant offense to it, even though two men can’t make a baby.
They could have even taken it one step further and mocked the “pregnant people” mob, but it’s clear they are taking baby steps here. However, they did flirt with it just a bit when they argued over who would play the mother role. According to the trans community, one can “feel” like a woman. And by “feeling,” they mean mocking womanhood by lessening it to nothing more than superficial and stereotypical personality traits.
Another point made is through the demands from the gay couple that they ought to be treated like they are equivalent to straight parents, despite that not being accurate.
If I did not know any better, I would say SNL is attempting to question progressive norms and morals, or lack thereof, but that's doubtful, as these people will always be beholden to the left, despite their attempt to play both sides. Nonetheless, while SNL is still not funny, this sends a message that wokeness is out and sanity is back, and slowly but surely, it's time to make comedy great again.
