If you haven't heard of the Southern Poverty Law Center, consider yourself blessed with an excess of brain cells. At least compared to everyone at SPLC. I salute you. Their most recent accomplishment is a year-end list. Like Santa Claus, except instead of being filled with the Christmas spirit, you'll be inspired to scrape your own eyes out with sharp objects nearby. Behold, the SPLC's list of "right wing" terrorist plots.

The SPLC maintains a list called “Terror from the Right,” which according to them is “a synopsis of radical-right terrorist plots, conspiracies and racist rampages since the Oklahoma City bombing in 1995.”

However, among abortion center bombers and white supremacists are Omar Mir Seddique Mateen, Gavin Eugene Long, Luqman Ameen Abdullah and Micah Xavier Johnson.

Mateen was the perpetrator behind the June Orlando gay club shooting in which he killed 50 individuals, including himself, and left 53 wounded. Mateen pledged allegiance to the Islamic State before he died and was on the FBI’s radar as an Islamist sympathizer before the attack.

Likewise, the SPLC did not explain to TheDC why two black power-supporting cop killers are considered right-wing. Micah Xavier Johnson is responsible for the July ambush of police officers in Dallas that left 5 dead and 7 wounded.

Islamists and cop-killers are right wing?

The left has told some real knee-slappers before, but this one takes the irony-frosted cake.

In one minute, people on the right are "Islamophobes," "racists," and "fascists." In the next minute, the right is the home of Islamists and black-power cop-killers. I'm starting to think leftists just lump everything they dislike into one feminist-shaped blob and call it "right-wing." By leftists' logic, the right is to blame for cancer, the Galaxy S7, and Justin Bieber.

But no, the Orlando shooter wasn't right wing. He was a radical Islamist who hated the gays. As Muslims do, by the way. Christians? Right-wing folks? They just want to keep their cake-baking businesses private. Not quite the same as mowing down 50 people. Allahu Akbar boa-rocking bitches.

Lately progressives have been on this kick about "fake news."  Where is the leftist outrage over this laughably false story? Nowhere, of course. Because the aim is to malign conservatives at all costs. Even if that means rewriting a little history to paint conservatives as gay-hating wing-nuts.
