Watch: The "Squatter Squad" is on the scene, sends squatters packing since the state can't be counted on

In case it was not clear by now, if you live in a progressive area the chances of the government de facto taking your home through eminent domain is becoming greater by the day. City officials are not your friends and will tell you to deal with squatting situations through court in perpetuity as if this is a “personal problem” rather than a criminal.
However, just as “tenants” take advantage of these “loopholes” so should property owners. And that is exactly what we have for you today.
A group of men labeled the “squatter squad” has been removing these unwelcome guests throughout the Los Angeles region since 2018.
Squatter Removal Job in Los Angeles Countywww.youtube.com
Video shows a team of Los Angeles home inspectors giving a group of a dozen squatters a reality check before they entered the home, changed the locks and boarded up the windows.
"The police are gonna come," one of the squatters tells the inspectors in the front yard in cellphone video recorded earlier this month in the frontyard of a San Fernando Valley home.
"That's fine," the inspector replies. "We're coming in."
A group known as the Squatter Squad took the video and says it has been legally removing squatters from private property since 2018.
They use various legal techniques, applicable on a case by case basis, to remove people who invade homes and refuse to leave.
"This was a very tricky and complex job," said Lando Thomas, a Squatter Squad member.
The intruders were under the impression that any entry into the house required a three-day notice obtained through court. However, they were wrong. A building inspection only requires a 24-hour notice and does not have to go through the court, he said.
"They were just babbling nonsense," he added.
I don't think Squatters have the capability of babbling anything but nonsense. And I am sure not that many people reading this have met a significant amount of squatter but I am sure this is exactly what we picture when we think of one.
However, the squatters were seen taking their own video, repeatedly insisting the inspectors had to go through court before entering, and warning that they had called the police.
"We're gonna press charges," says one squatter, with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth and holding a can of soda.
"That's fine," the inspector replies. "Take me to court."
The audacity of these squatters claiming that they are going to press charges is baffling and one of the most infuriating things about this. Especially because the level of entitlement is asinine.
The owner sent a team of workers who showed up with their own port-a-potty and tools.
Video shows that when officers did arrive, they stood in the street and let the inspectors do their work. The squatters wound up packing their belongings and leaving before the Squatter Squad installed no-trespassing signs, put a new lock on the gate and boarded up the windows.
I mean inspectors have to inspect. And at least the police let them do that.
Unclear if it is “legal” to change the locks on your property because in New York people get arrested for that. But let's hope these self-proclaimed "tenants" never come back.
Where do you think the tenants will end up? Probably going back to the Zillow drawing board to find their next victims.
It is quite shocking that we live in a time where degenerate losers have not built anything positive for this country and are given the fruits of other people's labor and property for no reason.
It's baffling that we live in a time where home inspectors are the only ones who have the "right" to get rid of squatters more than the police. And sadly, it would not be surprising if the Progressive officials responsible for these asinine policies ended up cracking down on these home inspections.
