Watch: Target Transcends Into Chaos Seconds After Their Exclusive "Galentine's Collection" Stanley Cup Goes On Sale
A pink Stanley Cup has hit stores for Valentine's Day and shoppers are going bad sh*t crazy over them as if their lives depend on it.
Also, New Year's was not even several days ago. Can we please hold off on the Valentine's Day stuff?
“Stanley cups became the department store's hottest commodity after the food and beverage container brand released two Target-exclusive Quencher H2.0 FlowState Tumblers. The tumblers come in Cosmo Pink and Target Red and are a part of the brand's "Galentine's Collection."
‘Made to gift, a card label is included while a tiny heart adorns the Stanley logo. With a pop of pink and the perfect shade of red, let's celebrate your gal pal by spreading the love,’ a description of the tumblers on Target's website reads.
Although the holiday is over a month away, the double-wall vacuum-insulated tumblers priced at $45 have sold out online and across Target stores nationwide after their initial Dec. 31 drop.
One video of the initial drop shared on TikTok by a customer in El Paso, Texas, showed a crowd of men and women running towards the tumbler at the store's center. The social media user added the caption, ‘Getting trampled for a Target Stanley Valentine's Cup.’”
These people went to extreme lengths to get their hands on the overpriced cup. Some camped out. Others were trampled. And some people even lost their souls in the process. All for a pink Galentines Day cup….
But one thing we should all learn from this is that no one, and I mean no one, should ever mess with a group of Stanley Cup consumers. This couple tried to steal one and shoppers teamed up and stopped the thirsty thief.
They got him good.
These people just looked like animals. But at least no one got hurt in this video. Just some eagerness that I don't understand. But you know what they say, "You do you, Boo."
Don't worry. It was not all bad. Here is a wholesome version of things.
People say these are good cups. I am sure they are. And they better be for that price. But I will always be team Hydro Flask. Although, I don't have one of those either. I just need to go against the status quo. I also have heard that they stay colder than the Stanley so there is that.
I think the cups are sold out now. But don't worry because some shoppers decided to sell them online.
