The man suspected of firing dozens of rounds into an Alexandria baseball field Wednesday morning has been identified by federal law enforcement officials as James T. Hodgkinson, 66, of Belleville, Ill.

A Facebook page belonging to a person with the same name includes pictures of Democratic presidential candidate, Bernie Sanders, and rhetoric against President Trump, including a post that reads: "Trump is a Traitor. Trump Has Destroyed Our Democracy. It's Time to Destroy Trump & Co."

It's a plot twist most humans saw coming, largely because this behavior is now the norm among the left. Of course, before the cries come in, let us be clear that nobody is saying every single progressive is violent. But looking at their recent track record, acting violently has clearly become a staple among leftist culture. Along with whining and being unemployed.

Sorry loony leftists, but going by how you lump all NRA members and white people in with any crime you think should be tied with them, then yes, this is on you. You fostered a culture prime for political violence when you encouraged "punching nazis" and stopping those who oppose you by "any means necessary." These are the means. Quick side note: pointing out the shooter's political background (again, confirmed by police) is not speculation. This is not "politicizing" a tragedy. James T. Hodgkinson made it political when he asked bystanders "Are those Republicans or Democrats?" before he opened fire. His blatant obsession with all things anti-Trump leaves little to the imagination as to why he would pull the trigger on strangers. All SOLELY on the basis of party affiliation, mind you.
