Remember Mattress Girl? Every feminist and their dog seems to. She keeps getting awards and accolades from feminist organizations despite the fact she's a lying liar. It's an inconvenient little truth nugget that's been long buried by her fellow SJWs. In fact, the victim of her lies - the student she accused of rape - was cleared of all allegations years ago. These paltry facts mattered not to feminists who continued to hurl slander his way. So he started fighting back. But Columbia University doesn't want any trouble, according to their settlement.

Columbia University has settled the lawsuit brought by a male student accused of rape by Emma Sulkowicz, who gained international attention for her art project in which she carried the dorm room mattress she alleged she was assaulted on.

It's unknown how much Columbia paid to settle the case with [student] Nungesser, who was cleared of any wrongdoing.

Sulkowicz accused Nungesser of raping her in her dorm room in August 2012. A university investigation in December 2013 found him not responsible for any sexual misconduct. Nungesser's lawsuit contended the university has failed in its duty of care to protect him after the college investigation cleared him of the rape allegation.

He stated that he faced discrimination because of Sulkowicz's art project, and argued the university violated Title IX by allowing her to receive academic credit for a project that encouraged protest against a fellow student.

Columbia was right to back down on this issue. After all, they allowed, and possibly even encouraged, this fake victim to go on a life-ruining tirade against one of their students. All the while knowing he was legally cleared of any wrongdoing. Small detail.

Modern SJWism prioritizes victim culture over due process. This is the result. Mattress Girl gets rewarded for her lies while her victim suffers the reality of being falsely accused of rape. This settlement is a step in the right direction, but you won't be seeing feminist own up their wrongdoings any time soon.
