If someone needs a loan, it is a common occurrence to undergo a credit check. That is done to make sure the debt is repaid, obviously. But for some reason, the Government woke up one day and decided to make student loans a thing. Not only is your credit not checked before these are handed out like candy, but it is given to very immature drunk college students whose brains have yet to be fully developed. Subsequently, we now have a bunch of brats with useless degrees refusing to pay their debts because they feel as if they were entitled to it and should be rewarded for their idiotic choices.

According to The New York Post:

"Millions of borrowers with existing student loans still have not made a payment since the bills resumed in October after a three-year hiatus, and some admit they are refusing to pay out of protest.

In an Intelligent.com survey conducted this month of 1,000 federal student loan borrowers, 25% said they had not made any payments at all, and 9% of those said they were holding off on paying their bills intentionally in an effort to pressure the government into canceling their debts.

Of the nearly 1 in 10 delinquent borrowers taking part in this “boycott” of student loan repayments, 44% said they believe their protest will lead to the cancellation of some federal student loan debt, and 28% think it is “likely” the boycott will convince the government to cancel all student loan debt, the survey found.

But even if no further debt cancellation comes from the boycott, most of the protesting borrowers believe their efforts will make an impact."

I don't see how anyone can justify that others pay your debt. In other circumstances, we would call that "extortion."

If they want to trash their credit scores before they even have a chance to grow them, that is their problem. But clearly, these college degrees are getting so incredibly useless that it is quite clear that people are dumber upon graduating than when they enter.

This is why more and more companies are dropping college degree requirements. Graduates enter the world and think they are automatically entitled to anything and everything. But sadly, that is just not how things work.

These people are so stupid that they think trashing their credit scores will do anything to help convince Sleepy Joe to push the cancel button. Again, that is not how things work. You don't get to keep making bad decisions as a way to justify their perceived entitlement.

Do they really think they are proving a point like this? Total clown show. I can't think of anyone who would be moved by this or even care.

They are protesting payments that they signed for. They promised to pay it back. But I guess the part of their brain that defines the word "promise" was not developed when they entered college.

As it stands, this seems like an incredibly foolish decision on their part. But, we know Biden likes to ignore laws and court orders. So we should not be surprised if the wishes of these spoiled brats who contribute nothing to society end up coming to fruition.
