People who vote Democrat and took out massive student loans for degrees in careers they can't pay back want Joe Biden to forgive student loan debt. It's an ultra-radical leftist crusade. According to a report by Bloomberg, 30 of them are Senior Aides to the Joe Biden White House.

In a Bloomberg article that frames this as personal for Joe Biden and not as a massive conflict of interest, "At least 30 senior White House staffers have student loan balances, according to 2021 financial disclosures Bloomberg News obtained from the Office of Government Ethics, including Biden’s new press secretary, Karine Jean-Pierre, and Bharat Ramamurti, deputy director of the National Economic Council."

They owe a combined total of $4.7 million. One legislative aide reports "owing between $500,000 and $1 million." No word on if it's the deputy director of the National Economic Council, whose job it is to advise Joe Biden on economic issues.

Ultra-radical leftists claim student loan forgiveness is to help the, quote, "middle class." But either 56% or close to 60% of student loan debt is held by people with master's degrees. It depends on if you believe Politifact or Ron DeSantis' spokeswoman quoting Politifact.

Critics say student loan forgiveness is nothing more than a plot for ultra-radical leftists to pay off their supporters. These critics point to the fact that three of the ultra-radical leftist congresswomen most vocal about taxpayers paying off other people's student loans admit it's so taxpayers pay off THEIR student loans.

It is unclear what action, if any, Joe Biden, the president of the United States, will take to relieve 30 of his senior aides of their student loan debt, or how much of it will be forgiven. It would be forgiven for all Americans, 56% of whom owe it for master's degrees. But 30 of those Americans would be Biden's senior aides.
