New "The Science" Suggests The More You Exercise... The Lazier You Are Throughout The Rest Of The Day
Not only does exercising originate in white supremacy, but it also promotes obesity.
One of the many things we have learned over the past several years is that science does not always get it right. In fact, they get a lot of things wrong.
At this point, it is probably safe to do the exact opposite of everything the ‘experts’ tell you to do.
Because we have just been lied to ONCE AGAIN.
The Science is nothing more than a fraud, as a new study has revealed that the more one spends working out, the more likely they are to cut back on other physical activities throughout the day.
In other words, only lazy people work out.
Honestly, we really did not need a study to prove this.
If you are like me, the only reason you will attempt to do a 30-minute workout is so that you can justify being lazy the rest of the day. But who would have guessed that it is the working out that creates this perpetual cycle?
You go to the gym so you can be lazy, but you are lazy because you go to the gym.
According to the study, this decline in physical activities could affect people’s ability to lose weight even if they participate in a routine exercise program.
“If people are seeking weight loss, they should be aware of their non-exercise physical activity (NEPA) — activities such as walking the dog, riding a bike to work or standing at the desk at work,” study author Julie Marvel Mansfeldt told Fox News Digital.
She continued, “If these activities are suddenly stopped, the total daily energy expenditure is less than expected — and thus the weight loss will be less than expected.
“Compensation of NEPA can thus be a barrier to weight loss.”
The theory predicts that exercise should result in an energy deficit — which would subsequently result in weight loss.
“But in practice, we see that the two things are seldom linked, and that weight loss from exercise is often less than expected,” Mansfeldt said.
The study also showed a correlation with people eating more as they increase the amount they work out.
Elizabeth Byrnes, a certified personal trainer, told Fox News Digital that "our culture operates on reward systems and short-term solutions, and this study definitely proves that."
She added, "I see people also compensating for more exercise with more food. We are also chronically stressed and overstimulated, so the idea of adding to activity or depriving ourselves of indulgences feels bad."
What is the point of working out if you cannot reward yourself for it?
At one point, doctors recommended cigarettes to pregnant women because it reduced stress. But that turned out to be a lie.
Then, doctors recommended just a tiny bit of red wine for heart health.
Turns out that was also a lie.
More recently, doctors keep harassing everyone telling us ‘We need to work out more.’
Turns out, EVERYTHING is all a lie.
But wait, what if this is just an attempt to gaslight the public into not working out to promote the fat-positive movement?
Could this study have been funded by big pharma to keep the public fat, sick, and on drugs?
It is really hard to tell since the scamdemic proved that both science and the media are FRAUDS.
