Many college campuses are changing into a depressing husk of their former selves. Much like their transgender counterparts. *drumroll for penis joke* Instead of focusing on important things like improving their curriculum, athletics, or overall quality of education, universities would rather focus their energy on "diversity and tolerance" (see Oregon State to Officially Launch Ultra-Liberal 'Bias Response Team'). Apparently that isn't panning out too well. And by "not too well," I mean "absolutely horribly."

A recent study shows that college student enrollment has been dropping at a steady rate since 2010. Surprised? I was too. Then I remembered that people like Jane Sanders are in charge of these institutions. Then I felt silly.

[E]nrollment peaked in 2010 at just over 21 million students. Attendance has dropped every year since. By the fall of 2014 -- the most recent year government data is available -- there were 812,069 fewer students walking around college campuses.

The left's solution to this? Give everyone free college. We've talked about this before; college may not be the best option for everyone. And by that I mean, for the love of all that is good and holy, don't go. Don't get me wrong, LwC isn't an official anti-college club. It's simply that the quality of the services provided by universities and colleges leave mansion-sized rooms for desire. A desire for less suckage.

Obviously we're not the only ones to notice. Just look at the numbers, less and less people are attending. Mizzou is a great example. After their ridiculous protests, enrollment dropped like a stone. Or simply take a look at the tons of hilarious stories that have come out of college campuses. Hilarious in the we're-laughing-at-how-terrible-you-are way. So why pay $30,000 to be drowned in propaganda? You can attend a Bernie rally for free and have the same experience. With young people and everything.

More importantly, college graduates are struggling to enter the workforce. Even equipped with their trusty degrees (read Mike Rowe Schools Bernie Sanders on 'Free College for All'). A degree isn't necessary to succeed in this world. And certainly not a guarantee. Just ask Steve Jobs and Bill Gates. Being degree-less won't necessarily hinder you - but crushing debt undoubtedly will. That's why so many students are turning their backs on traditional colleges. The prospect of signing your financial future away to a poorly managed school is becoming less and less appealing. Especially when said school cares more about the color of your skin than the contents of your brain. You know, the thing you're paying them to improve.

This may even be a good thing. Maybe colleges will rise to the occasion and improve themselves. Probably not. Either way, at least they'll still have their gender neutral bathrooms.
