Two minutes should be more than enough time to help a sixty-year-old woman who is being beaten with her cane by a fat dude. Even in the progressive suckhole that is New York City. Two minutes should be more than enough time to intervene. Get your thirty seconds for TikTok, then put your goddamned phone down and help the woman.

Nope. Someone stood behind a protective glass (you could see the glare) and filmed the assault for two minutes. You even see from the glare at least one another person walking by.

As New York City Mayor Eric Adams says, NYC has a brand.

NYPD tells the New York Post the attack happened just before 3:30 a.m. Friday. The woman was walking at the West 116 Street and Lenox Avenue station when the man lunged out at her.

The man struck the woman with her cane over fifty times. So much and so hard, the cane broke. Then, when the woman grabbed a piece of what was left of the cane, the man started beating her in the head with her fists.

The NYPD responded to the 911 call of an assault at about 3:30 a.m., sources told The Post, but during the video of the beating, no MTA workers, police or subway riders intervened.

The woman did not know the man before the attack. She was rushed to a nearby hospital and is said to be in stable condition.

The identity of the man is unknown. Also unknown is the identity of the garbage human who filmed the woman getting attacked FOR TWO MINUTES and did nothing.
