Forty-ish-year-old (allegedly) tech blogger Taylor Lorenz has gotten herself yeeted off of Twitter. The Washington Post journalismer known for doxxing people who have a different opinion than her, and not only going after them but going after their children as well, has become a controversial media figure. Also, a gross person. One critic says of the WaPo content creator: "I am a half crippled, fat, balding, internet shitposter, and still more likeable then you."

Anyway, she gone.

"Tay Tay," as she's known by her stans and by people mocking her, took to Instagram to break the news and claim without evidence she doesn't know why she was suspended. Then she was hit with the sudden realization that she might be the baddie.

In Tay Tay's defense, as of this writing, it is unclear as to WHY she was suspended. There are only two things you can do to get suspended on Elon Musk's Twitter. One is doxxing, which is Lorenz's love language.

The other is antisemitism, as we have seen with the Yeeting of Ye. As reported by the Washington Free Beacon, Lorenz launched an anti-Semitic tirade against reporter Bari Weiss: "Weiss also happens to be Jewish, and Lorenz's tweet was a textbook example of an anti-Semitic trope about how all Jews are rich and powerful, conniving, and immoral."

There is also Lorenz's pretty vendetta against citizen journalist Libs of Tik Tok, who also happens to be Jewish. From the Free Beacon:

Lorenz has a history of targeted harassment against Jews. Earlier this year, for example, she publicly identified—or "doxxed"—the anonymous woman behind the popular Twitter account "Libs of TikTok." Doxxing is an explicit endorsement of physical violence. The woman who operates the account is Jewish.

Is there a criticism to be made of Elon Musk that suspending journalismers is wrong and goes against what Musk says Twitter's free speech mission is? Sure, why not. If you take Twitter seriously, such hypocrisy might bother you. The rest of us are laughing too hard to care.
