Seriously, I never want to be questioned by Ted Cruz in a hearing. Ever. We've seen him do this before, but he absolutely destroyed Homeland Security Chairman Jeh Johnson over the White House not only refusing to say "radical jihad," but also scrubbing it from ever being said. So naturally Ted Cruz was displeased. Leftists never learn, do they? Never poke a displeased Ted Cruz. He will destroy you.

“When you erase references to radical jihad, it impacts the behavior of law enforcement and national security to respond to red flags and prevent terrorist attacks before they occur,” Cruz said.

The Texas senator suggested the Fort Hood shooting may have been one of those instances. When bluntly asked by Cruz if it was a “mistake” not to respond to the “red flags” in regards to Fort Hood shooter Nidal Hasan, Johnson accused Cruz of citing incorrect information.

“In one minute, I couldn’t begin to answer your question,” he said.

“Pick anything,” Cruz shot back. “Pick one thing, sir.”

“You’re assuming that the federal government in advance of the attack on Fort Hood saw all these different red flags. That’s not correct,” Johnson said.

That’s when Cruz got specific.

Don't ever sit before Ted Cruz. If a friend of yours dares you to sit before Ted Cruz? Don't sit before Ted Cruz. If you've been summoned to a hearing, and Ted Cruz is sitting there? The appropriate response would be to duck and seek cover. Quickly followed by an epic soiling of the undergarments. Invest in a hefty box of Depends.

Yet even though Ted Cruz is the debate equivalent of a wood-chipper, leftist dunderheads keep going up there one by one for the slaughter. Which is why again I must advise you dipsticks, if someone elbows you and is all "Go to this hearing, you'll be fine," and Ted Cruz is sitting there?

Now, to the substance after all the ra-ra Cruz is done. The problem with not wanting to identify the enemy for what it is, is just that. Not identifying the enemy. As anyone who's ever been in a pickle before, the first thing you must do is identify the problem. You can't solve it, if you can't identify it. What the left is doing is worse. They see the problem, then they quickly burry their heads. Because yes, the left is willfully blind, as Cruz pointed out, about the enemy we face: Radical Islam. Though we here at Louder with Crowder might argue regular Islam is bad enough. But we get the need to sort out the appropriate semantics.

Will identifying the enemy help? Yes. Would it solve the problem? Not just to identify it, no, but it's a step in the right direction. Will scrubbing Islamic terms from all documents help the problem? No. No. No. Don't be a twit that Ted Cruz would butcher.
