Ted Cruz has been quiet for most of the primary so far. Outside of mixing it up with the occasional college student or other leftist trolls, he's been letting everyone else fight amongst themselves while he builds a nationwide organization. You know, he's being smart. Go figure.

When he does speak, he makes it count. Like his warning in Iowa on what's truly important in this election...

"One more liberal Supreme Court justice and our right to keep and bear arms is taken away from us by an activist court. One more liberal justice and they begin sandblasting and bulldozing veterans memorials throughout this country. One more liberal justice and we lose our sovereignty to the United Nations and the World Court."

The media will decry this as "scare tactics" and paranoia, mainly because they support all the things Ted Cruz is concerned about. But Hillary Clinton already openly supports aggressive gun control like Australia's...where they confiscate guns. Yes, she openly supports gun confiscation. Let's make that one clear. Yes, really.

Now imagine Hillary Clinton replaces one - or even two - supreme court justices.

Now go and change your undergarments. I know we've been focused on a reality show star who says crazy things on TV because "he's so politically incorrect," but there are important (really important) issues at play here in this election. Get past the circus and understand the stakes. Ted Cruz sees it.
