They arrested a tech CEO for supporting free speech, this should TERRIFY Americans of Kamala-Walz

Republicans who don't support Donald Trump because of how much involvement they assign him to a mostly peaceful protest in 2021 claim "America can survive bad policy" as an excuse to vote for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz. When their bad policy includes eroding First Amendment protections, absolutely not. Trump could have been the one dressed as the Shaman. Four more years of progressive control is still worse. Let's connect a few dots.
Europe doesn't have free speech, as we've seen as of late. It's gotten so bad to the point they are threatening Americans about ours...

"Hate" is a keyword, and we'll circle back to it in a second.
Over the weekend, France arrested Pavel Durov, the founder of Telegram. He was arrested because he doesn't moderate his app, and authorities are using that as an excuse to blame him for anything bad that happens on the app.
NEW: Telegram founder Pavel Durov arrested in France for “allowing criminal activity” on his app.
Local news sources say the investigation is focused on “a lack of moderators.”
Durov previously told Tucker Carlson that the FBI was constantly breathing down his neck.

Chris Pavlovsk, the CEO of Rumble, was able to get out of Europe right away. Luckily for Americans, we can't get arrested for these things. We have a First Amendment and a right to Free Speech. For now. Let's see what Kamala Harris and Tim Walz have to say about it:
"If you act as a megaphone for 'misinformation' or cyber warfare, if you don't police your platforms, we are going to hold you accountable..."
"There's no guarantee of free speech on 'misinformation' and 'hate' speech, especially around our democracy..."
There are more important issues and threats this election than how much responsibility you assign Trump to a mostly peaceful protest in 2021. https://t.co/W7zMQy2ZHV pic.twitter.com/dmMW5PTSRm

There's that word "hate" again. It all depends on how and who defines the word "hate." In Tim Walz's Minnesota, they tried to get a hate speech registry passed so they could keep a list of what the government determined to be hate speech and what citizens violated it. Among the list? Saying the SCHMOVID was created in a Wuhan lab and saying you love JK Rowling.
Tim Walz also pushed for a hate speech registry, because he hates free speech.
Here is a clip from the House debate confirming what is considered hateful:
❌ Wearing an “I ❤️ JK Rowling T-shirt”
❌ Stating covid was created in a lab in Wuhan

The only reason it got watered down was because conservative media pushed back and exposed it nationally.

If (God forbid) elected, Kamala Harris won't be able to outlaw free speech outright like in Europe. At first. But she and Weird Walz can continue to chip away at it, including through any Supreme Court nominees they might have the opportunity to ram through. Harris-Biden was able to ram through one, Ketanji Brown Jackson, who quite literally doesn't understand the concept of the First Amendment.
This isn't something she said in a college thesis. This is something she said ON THE SUPREME COURT.
KBJ doubles down: “My biggest concern is that your view has the First Amendment hamstringing the government in significant ways.”
That is, quite literally, the entire point of the First Amendment—of the entire Bill of Rights. pic.twitter.com/gWMCaHDG1W

As we've been saying since the lockdowns, as we look overseas (we see you too, Australia), pay attention, America. Progressives in this country echo the ideology that's destroying Europe. It's echoed by KAMALA HARRIS if you include anything she said before mean-girling Joe Biden out of the race. It's why the media claims nothing she said before mean-girling Joe Biden out of the race "counts."
