Texas Gov. Greg Abbott recently passed a bill detailing some restrictions on how mothers can and cannot slash little people from their wombs. Leftists are all "thoughts and prayers" when teenagers are torn to bits at a concert. But when it comes to babies, they provide the hacksaws (SAFE, LEGAL & RARE? Here's what the bill says (according to HuffPo) about murder abortion guidelines.

SB 8 prohibits what it calls “dismemberment abortions”—a term adopted by anti-abortion advocates to target abortions performed via dilation and evacuation, or D&E... So a ban on the procedure is effectively a ban on abortion after 13 weeks.

It's termed "dismemberment" because the fetus has to be dismembered in order for it to be evacuated out of the womb. Abortion is gruesome, but liberals are worried about triggering words. Sometimes I just can't with these people.

The law also prohibits “partial birth” abortions ― the anti-abortion language used to described intact dilation and extraction procedures.

That's because the baby is partially delivered, or "birthed" but the head is left inside the woman while the "doctor" shoves sharp medical tools into its brain, then sucks the brain out. Again, words are more triggering to liberals than the actual act of slaughtering unborn children.

Any physician who performs an abortion that would now be illegal under the law, such as a D&E procedure, could face up to two years in prison. (The woman herself would be exempt.)

Under the law, women who have abortions will be prohibited from donating fetal tissue, which can help with scientific research.

Yeah, killing people in order to maybe improve the lives of other people may have been a mantra of Hitler's Dr. Josef Mengele.

The law requires that all facilities that treat pregnant women dispose of any embryonic and fetal remains that are “passed” or “delivered” via burial or cremation, meaning women who miscarry in a medical facility are also subject to the rule.

Abortion is an act of murder which kills a baby. Anytime anyone points this out by humanizing the child, via laws aimed at protecting it, compassionate "pro-choice" feminists and their ilk, scream like an unborn baby being dismembered in the womb so its mother can carry on with life as she desires. But pro-life people are the "extremists." Okay.

Now, this law doesn't prevent abortion before 13 weeks. When the baby is much smaller, therefore more easily sucked from the womb. But fat feminists who hail Amy Schumer as their accountability partner, want unhindered baby slaughter, any time, anywhere. Pain to small human beings is irrelevant to their larger butchery agenda, which rakes in fat stacks. Unless said being is feathered or fur-covered (see CHILD ABUSE: Baby Hospitalized After Mother Forces “Vegan Diet”). In which case PROTECT ANIMAL LIFE.
