CECIL BACKLASH: Zimbabwe Now Has To Kill Hundreds of Un-hunted Lions To Save Villagers
Remember Cecil the Lion? Of course you do. He was hunted by Walter Palmer, an American dentist. The dentist was shamed by every environmentalist animal-rights liberal who didn't want to acknowledge that Planned Parenthood was butchering babies and FedExing baby heads across the country. Yes, both of those things were happening at the same time. If you need a refresher, check out Cecil the Lion Dies: Jimmy Kimmel Cries. Babies Die: Not so Much. Walter Palmer's mistake? Hunting a lion with a name.
Here's the problem with what happened to Walter Palmer: it scared hunters worldwide, who didn't want their names, addresses, places of business, and names of their first born children broadcast allover the world for participating in a lion hunt. As any scientist will tell you, for ever action there is an equal and opposite reaction.
Here's more science for you. If no one is hunting the lions, there are more lions. More predators mean more prey animals are eaten. Zimbabwe has TOO MANY LIONS, because hunters have not killed them. Solution? Zimbabwe will have to "cull" the lion population:
The outcry over Walter Palmer's killing of Cecil drove other big-game hunters away from Zimbabwe, fearful they too would attract the opprobrium of the public. But in what is being described as a side-effect of the affair, Zimbabwe's largest wildlife area says it now finds itself suffering from an overpopulation of lions.
Bubye Valley Conservancy has more than 500 lions, the largest number in Zimbabwe's diminishing wildlife areas.
It has warned that its lion population has become unsustainable and that it may even have to cull around 200 as a result of what is being called "the Cecil effect".
Yep, Simba and Mufasa are killing the antelopes, the zebras, the giraffes. Welcome to the circle of life. It's a blood bath. Hunters coming from all over the world to hunt lions, which sit pretty at the top of the Pride Rock food chain, not only kept the Zimbabwe wildlife preserve healthy and funded, it also saved the lives of hoofed animals. #HoofedAnimalsLivesMatter
Now? Not so much. These lions will have to be relocated or...let's be honest, killed by "officials." Don't be naive.
Also, more lions also mean more people get killed by lions. Read Zimbabweans Reality Check Liberals: "Lions? What about African PEOPLE..." All of these people have names, by the way. None are honored by environmentalists.
Newsflash world, liberal environmentalists hate people who are not liberal environmentalists. They're always seeking to undermine how everyone else utilizes planet Earth. The "Cecil Effect" is not the first time the unhinged rage of tree-huggers has damaged people. Here, let's run through some other epic environmentalist FUBARs, shall we?
Perhaps you're familiar with Malaria? Or more recently the Zika virus? Both are spread via mosquitos. Well we used to have this super cool pesticide known as DDT, which killed misquitos like crazy. Along came an environmentalist with a bleeding heart. Her name was Rachael Carson and her book Silent Spring was pure junk science. Since the publishing of Silent Spring, DDT use caused a panic among feelings-first morons (sound familiar?). DDT was subsequently banned. Malaria, which had been nearly under control thanks to DDT, surged once again. Mosquito-carrying viruses spread. PEOPLE DIED. Zero ribbon campaigns were started. This was a time before hashtags.
Rachael Carson is just one major example. But there are many others. What about using GMO's to feed the hungry? Nope, environmentalists pitch their signs in protest of "frankenfoods." Fossil fuels for energy and heat? Never! They'll protest oil rigs while paddling in their petroleum-based kayaks. Coal-mining to prevent starvation through jobs? No way! But here, let me plug in my electric car, even though electricity comes from COAL. Hunting Industry to save peoples lives, control animal population and provide jobs?
Environmentalism: it kills humans and likes it. Catch us ranting about it all on this weeks show:
