Princeton Students Finally Stand Up to BlackLivesMatter Type Group
There are a lot of stories of SJW protests on campus, but not a lot of students fighting back. Mainly because, they don't want to get slandered and cyberbullied, called racist and have their puppies threatened. That's starting to change at Princeton, where the Princeton Open Campus Coalition is starting to fight back against all this crap.
No silly chants or occupying public places. They just want to talk. Here's a report from Chasing News on the issues going on at Princeton:
Princeton Open Campus Coalition Statement:
Academic discourse consists of reasoned arguments. We simply wish to present our own reasoned arguments and engage you and other senior administrators in dialogue. We will not occupy your office, and, though we respectfully request a minimum of an hour of your time, we will only stay for as long as you wish. We will conduct ourselves in the civil manner that it is our hope to maintain and reinforce as the norm at Princeton,” a letter published to Facebook said.It continued, “This dialogue is necessary because many students have shared with us that they are afraid to state publicly their opinions on recent events for fear of being vilified, slandered, and subjected to hatred, either by fellow students or faculty. Many who questioned the protest were labeled racist, and black students who expressed disagreement with the protesters were called ‘white sympathizers’ and were told they were ‘not black.’ We, the Princeton Open Campus Coalition, refuse to let our peers be intimidated or bullied into silence on these–or any–important matters.”
College hasn't gone completely insane.
The above is a well-reasoned response to absolute idiocy and irrational behavior exhibited by the Black Justice League, a group likely inspired by BlackLivesMatter. The Princeton Coalition, if they dared challenge the Black Justice League, were automatically labeled racist and threatened. Tolerance much?
Of course in the face of opposing view points, liberals, no matter their color or whatever they're calling themselves at the time, or whatever group or affiliation they're members of, will try to silence their opposition, intimidate them into silence, or just ban them entirely. Watch SWJ Students at Mizzou Create a Human Shield to Block Reporters. Their viewpoints and arguments are so weak, they cannot stand up to scrutiny or challenges by people who use their brains to do more than make poop swasticas and cry about them. The Princeton Open Campus Coalition is fighting irrational feelings with reason and intellect.
