This CEO 'Apologizes' to Bernie Sanders...and it's Awesome!
Bernie Sanders requires ignorance on behalf of his supporters regarding how the world works (see Sanders Supporter Cries about Trump Voter Disagreeing With Her. LOLs ensue... and Bernie's Supporters on Whether he's Realistic: 'I don't know or care...'). That ignorance makes them easy to manipulate when Sanders (or really any other leftist) throws out shallow, populist sentiments like "CEOs BAD" while talking about how "rigged" the economy is. So hopefully I've set the stage for you.
Well, one CEO admits that Sanders has a point about the economy. It is rigged. He just didn't complain about it...
I agree with Bernie Sanders. The economy is rigged. In fact, it’s what my father, who is very conservative, taught me about life. Some find it surprising because the general position of liberals seems to be that conservatives don’t realize, or won’t acknowledge, this rigged economy. But my dad’s advice to me time and time again was that the world was rigged and the only way I could make it was to work harder than the people who were in charge of the rigging. She asked if I thought the government should pay off student’s debts. I don’t think the government should, but, then again I never had student loans. No, it wasn’t because I was from a wealthy family. I never had student loans because I worked every semester I was in college, and during some summers, I worked two jobs. I did this because I thought the world was rigged against me.
Despite the strain that entrepreneurship put on my finances, my health, and my personal relationships, I kept at it because I wanted to be successful. And eventually, yes, I became a millionaire. It only took 15 years.
I was reading this like...
Wait for it, because here's the part that leftists don't seem to get...
Yes, the economy is rigged. Any economic structure will favor some at the expense of others. But the wonderful thing about America is that if you are willing to make the right sacrifices, you can achieve whatever you want.
Imagine that? A message of, dare I say it... "hope"? Only the hope of this successful man isn't placed in the government, but placed in the work ethic and ingenuity of the individual. Leftists don't see you as individuals. That's not an accusation, but a reality based on all economic policy pushed from today's progressive left. Allow me to give you two examples from our two current Democratic candidates.
Hillary Clinton: her famous book is It Takes a Village. The basic premise set forth is that it requires collectivism to raise a child successfully. It relies on the idea that "the village" is just as important as "the parents." Conservatives in contrast believe that families, not governments should be the central building block to the foundation of the United States.
Bernie Sanders: is a self-avowed "Democratic Socalist." Socialism by its very definition places the value of the "collective" over the value of the individual. If a decision is required between protecting the welfare of the collective against the freedom of the individual, socialism will inevitably choose the former. See all of Europe.
So according to Bernie Sanders, if you work like this CEO who's never taken a loan, who provides livelihoods for countless others, who's toiled his whole life... you too can reach the income bracket where your rights are taken away. Simply because of your success.
That's why Bernie Sanders is a fascist. Watch me make a more in-depth case below.
