Somedays the internet is a sewer of despair, disappointment, fake news, bad memes and an inability to grammar. But today is not that day. David Rutz over at the Washington Free Beacon mashed up Jussie Smollett's whining interview with Robin Roberts and Chicago Superintendent Eddie Johnson's spanking. It is, in a word, mashup perfection.

Jussie Smollett is getting both what he asked for, and exactly what he deserved: name recognition, attention, and criminal charges. Karma, as I said last night, is a cruel but loyal mistress. Her treatment of Smollett has left me writing love poems in her honor. I only ask that people learn from Jussie, and when they're hoping to score more money for the same work, they do so with proper negotiation, not faking a hate crime, using up police resources, and skunking celebrity pinheads.

Except I'm okay with skunking celebrity pinheads.
