Just like how Democrats in almost near unison voted against all of Donald Trump's Supreme Court justices, Republicans are voting against Joe Biden's nominee. One of those Republicans is Tim Scott. This would usually be the point at which liberals would start trotting out their usual accusations of raaaaacisms! One of those liberals is Joy Reid. It's also the main reason she has a show on MSNBC.

Reid is having a hissy fit because Scott opposes Ketanji Brown Jackson. Only instead of calling Tim Scott racist, she launched a racist attack against him. She accused him of being dog walked by white men and implied Scott's nephew think's his first name is "Tom" for some reason. Senator Scott hit back on Fox & Friends.

"What is so offensive about what Joy is saying is that a black man cannot think for himself. I have to follow somebody else. That is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard, but it reinforces the liberal elites’ approach to minorities who will not fall in line and do what they tell us to do. [...] It is vile, it is offensive, and we should stop allowing the liberal media to push these stories by their hosts that want one thing and one thing only: progressive liberal policies that make it harder for African Americans, not easier.”

Tim Scott is not the only person with a certain degree of melanin that leftists have been lashing out at over opposition to Ketanji Brown Jackson. And it's not like it's the first time a liberal launched a racist attack at Tim Scott over the senator having a different opinion than them. It happens all the time. When you disagree with a liberal while being black, they go right to your skin color.

The problem with Joy Reid is she gets away with it while hosting a news show on a cable news network. Well, not so much "news" as much as MSNBC.
