Progressives want us to believe that children can somehow decide their own gender and consent to irreversible procedures that will lead to experimental and barbaric outcomes, at best.

Some parents suffer from Munchausen syndrome by proxy, a medical condition where a caregiver causes an illness in a person under their care, such as a child.

And that is unfortunately what these parents have done in North Carolina.

A nine-year-old filed a lawsuit against North Carolina because medical gender transition interventions are illegal for children.

The child is a girl who identifies as a boy named Victor. In the lawsuit, she is joined by her parents as well as several LGBT activist groups.

"He knew from a very young age that his gender identity did not match his sex assigned at birth, and he generally lives as the boy he is in every aspect of life. However, with his puberty approaching, Victor will soon need medical care that is prohibited by the Health Care Ban,” the lawsuit alleges.

How disgusting of these so-called “parents.” The child is not even 10 years old and they want us to believe that she knew her whole life that she was somehow born in the wrong body. What they are doing is totally abhorrent and abusive.

They want to destroy her womanhood before she even has the chance to experience being a woman. What sick people.

The parents are constantly telling their child that something is wrong with her, and she has no choice but to completely destroy her body to fix it.

The parents are mentally abusive to the poor girl and hope to physically abuse her by butchering her healthy body. What sick people. They deserve to be in jail for what they are doing. It is truly sad.

The law, which passed earlier this year as House Bill 808, bans medical procedures such as puberty blockers, surgery, and other gender-affirming treatments until at least 18 years old.

"The whole point of this is to protect our most vulnerable population from these atrocities," Rep. Ken Fontenot, R-Wilson, said in June.

The lawsuit says that the protections "interfere with the ability of doctors to follow these evidence-based protocols” and "discriminates against transgender minors on the basis of sex and transgender status."

We know there is no evidence to support this type of medical intervention from the very fact that these procedures have never been done at this level in history until recent years. We have no idea what will happen to these kids in 50 years if they succumb to these medical experiments. But activists hope by attempting to gaslight the public with suicide threats that they will be successful in abusing children.

"The same legislators who cried 'parents rights' on certain issues are saying that on other issues, parents can't be trusted to make decisions about what is right for their own children and families," Brian Bond, CEO of LGBT group PFLAG, which joined the lawsuit, said. "It certainly makes one wonder if perhaps these legislators aren't truly worried about the actual health and well-being of trans kids in North Carolina."

Parental “rights” are not limitless. This is why we have laws against child abuse. You have no parental right to abuse your child and these parents and activists need to learn that.

This is not fighting for the liberation of the “sexually oppressed.” But rather a dangerous craze among mentally ill parents who see their kids as nothing more than a way to virtue signal their progressive ideology.

Hopefully, these parents can knock some sense into themselves and prevent further damage before it is too late.

Does anyone even believe this young girl is making this decision on her own without being pushed by her insane parents?

For the record, there is no constitutional right to “gender-affirming care.”
