Thanks to the policies of the radical leftist district attorney in Los Angeles George Gascon, yet another violent criminal is receiving a slap on the wrist for a horrific crime, and this time, he’s bragging about it.

After finally being convicted of molesting a 10-year-old girl back in 2014, Hannah Tubbs—who went by James until after he was arrested and started identifying as a female—will serve a brief stint of two years in juvenile detention at the age of 26. After serving whatever portion of the sentence the state deems fit, Tubbs won’t have to register as a sex defender, either, a move that looks to be becoming all too common these days.

In leaked recordings of his phone calls, Tubbs brags to his father about the sweet deal he’s gotten.

TUBBS: “They’re gonna stick me on probation, and it’s gonna be dropped, it’s gonna be done, I won’t have to register, won’t have to do nothing.”

FATHER: "You won’t have to register?"

TUBBS: "I won’t have to do none of that."

FATHER: "So what are they going to do to you then?"

TUBBS: “Nothing.”

Tubbs laughs at the end like the scumbag he is.

Of course, his victim, now 18, isn’t at all pleased with the results of her case.

"The things he did to me and made me do that day was beyond horrible for a ten-year-old girl to have to go through. I want him tried as an adult for the crimes he committed against me."

Oh, yeah, did I mention he was tried as a minor? That’s because Gascon refuses to charge anyone under 18-years-old who commits a crime as an adult. “Justice.”

I’d like him tried as an adult and sent to a frozen hell. Or hand him over to this guy. In fact, just hand him over to that guy.
