Because in Britain, prisoners get to pick their prisons. Aw. Then, in news so shocking I had to breathe into a paper bag for exactly one hour, the male-to-female transgender (a dude) sexually assaulted FOUR female prisoners.

The prison service has apologised after a transgender inmate, charged with raping a woman, sexually assaulted four fellow inmates just days after being remanded into an all female jail.

Just days after. Because that's typically what we ladies do. When we meet a bunch of new girlfriends, we molest one another. I saw an episode about this very thing on Sex and the City.

The 52-year-old, who had been previously been jailed in 2001 for a sex attack on a child, told the authorities she identified as a woman and was remanded into HMP New Hall near Wakefield, West Yorkshire.

Just days later she was accused of pushing her hips and penis against another prisoner and in November last year she allegedly kissed a female inmate on the neck.

I love how in one sentence this pervert is described as "her" and "penis." That's like saying "Democrat" and "gun expert." Or "Hillary" and "stylish." "Shapiro" and "quality tumbler."

No, I'm not suggesting all transgender people are rapists, or even will be rapists. Stop it. But this one is a known rapist. Yet despite his history of rape, the government still allowed HIM to enter a women's prison. Where he probably planned on raping more women.

Allow me to float a theory: maybe, just maybe, this inmate is leveraging the current cultural crush on transgenderism to his advantage. Maybe, just maybe, he's exploiting the system to get exactly what he wants. The system, by the way, put HIS request above the safety of women.

Feminists, I present you your patriarchy. If a government insisting a man gets to decide to be a lady -- then put him with the ladies -- only to assault the ladies and damn the consequences to the ladies who were never asked for consent -- isn't the patriarchy, I'm not sure what is.
