"Being an absolute WHORE to get in on his 51 million": MLB star speaks out after being falsely accused of sexual assault
Former Los Angeles Dodgers star Trevor Bauer posted a video to X giving his side of false sexual assault allegations. He included text messages and a video the girl, Lindsey Hill, took of him in bed and without his knowledge after she claimed she was sexually assaulted. Spoiler: Lindsey Hill was not sexually assaulted.
The bulk of the text messages came out during a restraining order hearing where the judge ruled against Lindsey Hill after Lindsey Hill had misled the court. The judge said Lindsey Hill's claims were "materially misleading," and also found that "no sexual assault or non-consensual conduct took place."
After this, Bauer sued Lindsey Hill who then counter-sued him. Both cases were dropped, allowing Bauer to FINALLY give his side of the story and expose Lindsey Hill for being a liar with the evidence that came out in the hearing.
Evidence like text messages -- I think I have to say allegedly -- from the accuser: "I'm going to his house Wednesday. I already have my hooks in. You know how I roll," "Need daddy to choke me out," and "Being an absolute WHORE to get in on his 51 million."
There was also a video that was KEPT FROM BAUER AND HIS LAWYERS that Lindsey Hill took in bed with Bauer, smirking at the camera while he slept. This was when Lindsey Hill claimed she was sexually assaulted.
Rachel Luba, Bauer's agent, said in a statement on X that without the Court process, he never would have had all the information that was concealed from him that he needed just to be able to clear his name.
Lindsey Hill's legal team approached Bauer multiple times over the past two years looking for a financial settlement. Bauer refused to pay Lindsey Hill a single cent.
"Now over the last two years, I’ve been forced to defend my integrity and my reputation in a very public setting, but hopefully this is the last time I have to do so, as I’d prefer to just remain focused on doing my job, winning baseball games and entertaining fans around the world."
Trevor Bauer currently plays in Japan. The Cy Young Award winner was, at the time of Lindsey Hill's accusations, the highest-paid player in Major League Baseball. The league suspended him based on Lindsey Hill's allegations that we now know to be false.
