Watch: Rogue Judges are Trying to Destroy MAGA, Here's How Trump Can Stop Them
Last week, Trump called out Judge James Boasberg after he blocked the administration from carrying out mass deportations. Today’s show breaks down how rogue judges are trying to override the people and how Trump can stop them.
"There may be a constitutional crisis because you have people acting as president who are not president," Crowder said. "Judges are deliberately violating the authority of the executive branch."
According to NBC 10:
President Donald Trump called for the impeachment of a judge who has issued orders blocking the president's plan to deport alleged members of a Venezuelan gang from the United States.
Boasberg is presiding over a lawsuit challenging the deportations in Washington, D.C., federal court. The Trump administration argues the removals of alleged members of the Tren de Aragua gang are authorized under the wartime Alien Enemies Act.
Boasberg on Saturday issued two orders enjoining Trump from deporting aliens detained in immigration proceedings who are allegedly associated with the TdA, which the U.S. has designated as a foreign terrorist organization.
This ends up being a de facto block, considering many court cases take longer than four years.
"A pause is a block for the entirety of his administration," Crowder said. "Some guy you didn't vote for decides what the rest of the country lives with."
It also does not help that these judges tend to despise Trump.
"These judges hate President Trump and what that really means is they hate you," Crowder said.
It’s no secret that Boasberg loathes the president.
According to Just The News:
Months before he blocked President Donald Trump’s deportations of illegal alien gang members, U.S. District Court Judge James Boasberg attended a privately-funded legal conference in Idaho that featured sponsors and speakers who have expressed clear anti-Trump sentiments -- particularly on immigration -- and a theme that echoed the Democrat Party’s 2024 stated mission of saving democracy, according to a judicial ethics report.
“This is an activist,” Crowder said.
He also issued some rulings in regards to Jan. 6 and according to Time, “Boasberg's position as chief judge of Washington's federal court gave him a unique window on special counsel Jack Smith's investigations into Trump as witness.”
"Ninety percent of these blocks in the first nine weeks have come from Democrat-appointed judges," Crowder said. "It’s the ghost of the tyrant and you voted for something different.”
In terms of judges blocking presidents, the total was 14 for Biden and 12 for Obama. However, in just 9 weeks into Trump's term, he has been blocked 15 times.
“This is a constitutional crisis. This is pulling at the threat of Democracy by having unelected judges doing the bidding of one party that is not even in power anymore,” Crowder said.
