There is a double standard when it comes to Friday’s $355M fraud ruling against President Trump. Today’s show gets into that.

A judge ruled Friday that Trump and his company have been fined $354 million in the civil fraud case where the state argued that he inflated his net worth and falsified records in order to win favorable returns on loans. He is also barred from doing business in New York for three years.

"What they are basically saying is that Donald Trump committed a crime when he gave the bank his opinion on the value of his property. He did exactly what anyone would do,” Crowder said. "They want to send the message to you that if you have the wrong political point, they will persecute you.”

The bank did their own due diligence. A price was set and everyone agreed. No one suffered as a result of this and everyone profited from the loan. But the judge jumped in and said that the property is worth $18 million.

"It's a very clear message. The loan terms [were] agreed upon [and] everyone is happy except the judge who knows nothing about real estate,” Crowder said.

Gov. Kathy Hochul told New York business owners that there was “nothing to worry about” as a result of this trial because “they” are very different from Trump.

"'They' are very different from Donald Trump. [It’s not that] their business practice is different; [or] the way they value their assets are different. She said 'they' are different. Meaning most New Yorkers will probably vote for [her] so they are fine,” Crowder said. “I think it has reached the level of treason. Trying to interfere with a free and fair election with trumped up bullshit charges that only apply to one person running for president ever - I think is treason”
