In that totally fair and not a witch hunt of a trial, Judge Arthur Engoron has decided to put a muzzle on the former president after he arguably exercised his First Amendment rights.

If you need some background click here. But just for a quick recap, Trump is accused of inflating his net worth by $2 billion and New York Attorney General Letitia James wants Trump fined $250 million.

Oh, and the Judge already decided Trump was guilty last week.

The leftist clowns controlling this sham really just need some attention.

And yes, this is the same trial that has no victims. And the same trial with the cringy judge who could not stop smiling for the cameras.

Well, that not-so-impartial judge in Trump’s non-jury civil fraud trial imposed a limited gag order after he shared the name and image of the judge’s clerk on social media.

Also, the judge definitely looks like someone you would keep your children away from. But that is beside the point.

“This morning, one of the defendants posted to a social media account a disparaging, untrue post about a member of my staff,” Judge Arthur Engoron said.

Trump posted on Truth Social Tuesday and included a picture of Engoron’s longtime law clerk standing with Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer at a campaign event.

“Schumer’s girlfriend, Allison R. Greenfield, is running this case against me,” Trump wrote.

He added, “How disgraceful! This case should be dismissed immediately!!”

A Schumer spokesperson called the post “pathetic” and said the senator doesn’t know Greenfield and is in photos with thousands of constituents, according to the New York Post.

“As is well known, Sen. Schumer attends countless events in every corner of the state where tens of thousands of constituents take photos with him, just like this one, which was taken at a stop at an annual brunch in Manhattan,” the statement said.

Trump also said Monday that Greenfield “should not be allowed to be in his ear on every single question” and claimed she “hates Trump.”

Well, I definitely would not be surprised if that were true.

The post was removed after the judge said he ordered it be taken down – but it was too late as it was already sent out via email by Trump’s 2024 campaign.

Oops.

“Although I have since ordered the post to be deleted, it has been mailed out to millions of others,” the judge said.

“Consider this a gag order,” Engoron said. He added, “Personal attacks of my staff are inappropriate and I won’t tolerate them."

Trump’s trial is expected to last at least into December.

We know the left has always been scared of Trump’s ‘mean’ social media posts. You know, because 'words are violence.' O

But the point is, it is not so much that Trump was pointing out that Greenfield was Schumer’s girlfriend. He was really trying to point out the blatant political bias that is going on in this clown show of a case.

It really seems as if he got gaged for pointing out political bias.

Basically, the left will be able to say what they want as they defame the former president, and Trump must just shut up and take it.

We should not be surprised because that is what the left does. They can't defend what they say, so they silence their political opponents.

Technically, this gag order just applies to court staff. Which it is safe to assume includes the judge.

Essentially, the judge told Trump he could not talk about him.

The judge is so scared of Trump’s mean social media posts, that he has to muzzle him. What a weak clown.

Someone should tell the judge if you can’t stand the heat, get out of the kitchen.
