Trump Pledges To Pardon Most J6ers Within “The First Nine Minutes” Of Being In Office
Trump promised to pardon most people in prison for January 6 related offenses, and he has reiterated that he intends to do that within the first hour of his being in office.
🚨 JUST IN: President Trump has told TIME one of his first actions in office will be to pardon most J6ers
“It’s going to start in the first hour. Maybe the first nine minutes.”

According to NBC:
President-elect Donald Trump said he is looking to pardon his supporters involved in the attack on the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, as soon as his first day in office, saying those incarcerated are “living in hell.”
On his first day in office, Trump said, he will bring legal relief to the Jan. 6 rioters who he said have been put through a “very nasty system.”
“I’m going to be acting very quickly. First day,” Trump said, saying later about their imprisonment, “They’ve been in there for years, and they’re in a filthy, disgusting place that shouldn’t even be allowed to be open.”
He won’t pardon the ones he believes deserve to be in prison but for the vast majority, he indicated he would.
People were sentenced to years in federal prison for something like this and it’s unclear what crime this is.
This is the footage of me on January 6 that resulted in me being sentenced to 3 years in PRISON.
My crime? Walking into the Capitol building through open doors, walking around peacefully, then leaving when being asked to by the police.

And so much of this persecution was fueled by lies like this:
Kamala Harris just said in Wisconsin that "law enforcement officers were killed" on January 6.
A grand total of zero police officers were killed on J6. pic.twitter.com/Py3QP8QKyi

The claims were so bad that politicians continue to claim that day was worse than 9/11, which is nothing more than a deranged lie.
Anyone who claims that Jan. 6 was an insurrection is trying to deceive the masses or is objectively naive, there is no in-between. And while there were several bad actors that day, the vast majority did not deserve the persecution they received. And for that, Trump will hold to his promise and pardon those that should not be in there.
