Remember just a few months ago when former president Obama pulled the douchiest of moves by pushing a last-minute rule that forced states to fund abortion? It essentially ensured abortionists like Planned Parenthood would get a chunk of states' budgets regardless of the states' actual desires or consent. Well, that didn't last very long. Trump tossed the rule in the trash...

President Trump on Thursday signed a bill to nix an Obama-era rule that blocked states from defunding healthcare providers for political reasons.

Republicans used the Congressional Review Act (CRA) to roll back the regulation, which former President Obama signed during his final months in office.

Republicans argue that reversing the rule gives states the power to decide how they want to distribute Title X funding, while Democrats say it's just another push to hurt Planned Parenthood.

There are a few reasons why this is worth celebrating. Firstly, this is the next step in defunding Planned Parenthood (see VICTORY! Senate Votes to Allow States to Defund Planned Parenthood). Which is good, because screw Planned Parenthood. We care not what happens to baby-butchering "healthcare providers." This is a major pro-life win. We've long awaited this day - the day that herds of feminist landbeasts would disavow with blood-curdling shrieks bubbled up from within their gaping grease traps.

Also, this new bill gives the states more freedom to do what they want. The original bill, which Obama speedily pushed through on his way out, encouraged federal overreach and barred individual states from being able to exercise their own individual rights. Which means certain state funds would have to be allocated to the Margaret Sangers of the world. No thanks.

Lastly, this is a perfect middle finger raised to Obama's feminist "legacy." Another nail in the coffin, so to speak. May it rest in eternal shame.

As for Planned Parenthood itself? Good riddance...
