People in America have mixed opinions of law enforcement. Many F-bombs get dropped when we see those flashing lights in their rearview mirror. On the flippity-flip, the good people of law enforcement are always there to serve when the caca hits the fan.

Well, the constabulary can count President Trump among their fans. The Donald spoke to a crowd of police about the scourge of MS-13, and he wasn't shy in showing mad love for the five-o.

Well, that'll no doubt cause some butthurt among leftists.

It's refreshing to see the man in charge defending the po-po. Coppers have to deal with a lot of crap from the left. From being disciplined for "misgendering" citizens to having "F**k Tha Police" blasted during their funerals. All in addition to the possibility of having a cap popped in their ass.

Trump's support is no doubt a huge weight off the fuzz's shoulders. Being allowed to do their jobs and crack down on the gang problem is a double bonus. MS-13 is the type of gang that makes the Bloods and Crips look like Cub Scouts (see MS-13 Gang Members Busted for Gruesome Murders. Guess How Many are Legal Citizens…). Luckily though, many of their members are of the illegal variety. A quick ride south on an ICE bus and they're no longer our problem. Law enforcement. It's a win.

Honestly, this gesture from POTUS is more sentimental than anything. Trump throwing out his support for the cops won't solve all the challenges they face. But, for the men and women of law enforcement to know they have someone in their corner for a change? Priceless.

Especially after having to deal with Black Lives Matter's incendiary rhetoric.
