Over the past few days, there have been two major police-related stories. One was the typical story of cops defending themselves and being attack by the left for doing so. The other one was two cops as the victims of an assassination attempt (see PROTESTS ERUPT AFTER OFFICER SHOOTS A MAN. EXCEPT HE CHASED THE COP WITH A KNIFE! and TWO AMBUSHED LA COPS ARE 'FIGHTING FOR THEIR LIVES' WHILE BLACK LIVES MATTER CELEBRATES). SPOILER: None of the anti-cop side of these two stories are Trump supporters or even undecided independent voters. This is who the left has become, and as Tucker Carlson lays out, none of us should be surprised.

Since the beginning of summer, the Democratic Party has told us that the police are evil, that they're killers, agents of racist genocide. Cops are the problem. Democrats have told us that every day for three and a half months. They put it in their party platform. Finally, at least one man believed them.

Yeah, that's about right. Remember, this is the same Democratic Party that blocked police reform and said it could wait until after the election. They want the unrest because they think it will help them get elected. They also know they can count on CNN and random "fact" "checkers" to cover for them. Like we can't see that the only reason Democrats claim to no longer support "Defund the Police" is because polls went in the other direction. But that's what you get when your entire platform is designed to appeal to the most extreme left of your party, while you pretend to be "unifying." John Kasich in the streets, Bernie Sanders in the sheets.

Democrats are the anti-police party. They own it. They have no one else but themselves to blame for it. I just pray that no other cops get caught in the crossfire.
