Most people were horrified when we saw the Facebook hate crime video. Leftists? Tucker Carlson has an idea just why that is...

"What's at stake, as you know, is victim status, and the idea that a Trump supporter might be the victim of a crime based on his political belief. Nobody wants to give up victim status here."

"Just apply the same standard to all crimes."

I should point out that the four rage weasels ARE being charged with a hate crime. But is that because of public outrage? Because it sure seems like it, based on how the media (as Tucker points out) tried to minimize it. I've never seen a contest wherein so many self-professed smart people took up spades to dig themselves holes in their prissy sandboxes. For which to shove their puffed up heads.

"Hate?" "Racism?" "Intolerance?" These words only mean something to leftists if those same leftists can use said hate, racism or intolerance as weapons with which to bitch slap their opponents. Kind of like a younger sibling trying to get the older sibling busted. If the crime in question doesn't fit the left's narrative, it if won't advance their cause, they try dumping the story off the starboard bow. Or if they can't get rid of the story, they twist it to their own benefit.

And yes, Tucker is right. The left doesn't want to surrender victim status to Republicans or conservatives. Only liberal people can be victims, according to liberals. Boom.

But based on what happened in this #BLMKiddnapping and other real crimes that aren't drummed up, conservatives are victims of liberal hate quite often, no?
