Progressives are on a crusade to eradicate "hate speech." Also known as any opinion that's even remotely non-leftist. In order to quash any dissenting opinions, the lefties employ many methods, legal or otherwise. Lately, one of their favorite punching bags, both figuratively and literally, has been Charles Murray. The Murraymeister has been catching all kinds of flak from leftists over what they perceive to be racism. One of those leftists with a grudge against Murray is George Ciccariello-Maher. Fox’s Tucker Carlson clashed tonight with Drexel professor George Ciccariello-Maher and started off talking about writer Charles Murray.

When Murray was at Middlebury College earlier this month, what started out as a protest turned violent and Professor Allison Stanger ended up in a neck brace. Murray spoke at Villanova today and a few protesters who showed up had to be removed.

Carlson asked Ciccariello-Maher about his problems with Murray. Ciccariello-Maher brought up the same issues protesters have raised about Murray’s book The Bell Curve, telling Carlson, “I think the question is really also about the content of these writings… This is someone who is defined as a white nationalist by the Southern Poverty Law Center.”

Funny how Georgie claims Charles Murray has no scholarly sources. Yet, when asked to provide his sources to back up his claims against Murray, he only cites Google. That kind of half-assedness wouldn't pass muster in middle school, let alone college. You'd think a university professor would know about that sort of thing.

Hypocrisy seems to be a trend with Mr. White Genocide, er...pardon me...Professor White Genocide. He reserves the right to muse about wiping an entire race from the earth while, at the same time, denying Murray the right to explore racial differences. True to leftist "thought," free speech is a-okay as long as the speaker doesn't say anything they dislike. When the speaker happens to disagree with them, the reaction is always the same...

That inconsistency isn't limited to George. It's infected every leftist, like some kind of brain AIDS. Leftists demonstrate hypocrisy on just about every issue, from hate crimes to illegal immigration. Progressives will whine until your ears bleed about violence against gays and trannies. But, if the perp is named Muhammad instead of Billy-Bob? "Allahu Ackbar, broseph."

Mayhaps leftists should take a breather and figure out exactly what it is they believe, before the flappening of the jaws. They'd spare themselves further embarrassment.
