Especially, when it looks like they're trying to impress a date. Twitter Senior Engineer Siru Murugesan may have hoped he was getting to second base that night. Instead, it's going to be an awkward meeting with HR.

Murugesan informs us that Twitter employees are not okay right now with the Elon Musk take over. Musk is a capitalist who believes in free speech. The employees at Twitter are so very not those things. They are more in line with the shadow dark money groups trying to block Musk's purchase.

But you know Musk is going to respond, and THAT'S where things are going to get interesting. Elon has already blasted the bird app's obvious left-wing bias. Now, there is a video of a senior engineer admitting to it WHILE blasting Musk's devotion to free speech. And if things follow standard PV protocol, this won't be the only video they have. Sucks to be the guy who tried impressing a date only to find out he may have scuttled a $40 billion dollar deal.
