Two men who were in the United States under the Deferred Action of Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program have been arrested on suspicion of human smuggling, federal officials said on Monday.

Border Patrol agents arrested the two men in separate incidents on January 24 and 25, 2018.

Agents also claim that he admitted that he was 'coordinating with another driver of a vehicle to relay information related to Border Patrol operations in the area and the status of the Border Patrol checkpoint to aid in illegal smuggling'.

So these two aren't graduating with honors and headed to Harvard, where they'll earn degrees in international law, to serve in Amnesty International? GET OUT.

Border Patrol agents said the man resides in Riverside County as a DACA recipient.

Agents also found that the man had allegedly participated in alien smuggling on multiple occasions.

The man, in violation of the terms of his DACA status, is currently being held in Department of Homeland Security custody.

Not only do we have a DREAMer flouting the law, but he's a DREAMer residing in a sanctuary state, which is also flouting the law. Tell me again about how Democrats "care" about legal Americans. It's such a cute story.

Do I think this one story should squash any talk of immigration reform? No. I'm a crazy person who thinks an intelligent conversation can be had. One that protects the border and stops the flow of illegals. Then figures out what to do about the people who are here now. I'm also a moderate squish when it comes to David Lee Roth vs Sammy Hagar. Unfortunately for every Democrat willing to have that conversation, there are eleventy more bringing illegals to Trump's SOTU. Plus, criminals like these two "gentlemen" who are actively breaking the law. Despite being the Democrat poster-children for DACA and dreaming.
