The rifles with 2x4s and flagpoles. The real Nazis with discount fascist mama's boys in ninja costumes.

A UC Berkeley panel studied the issue. Turns out, it was actually the fault of conservatives being there in the first place.

A University of California, Berkeley report on free speech questions the motives of controversial speakers who sparked violent campus clashes last year, saying they were part of a “coordinated campaign” to make college campuses appear intolerant of conservative views.

To quote classic philosopher Sticky Fingaz, bu-bu-bu-but wait, it gets worse.

"Although those speakers had every right to speak and were entitled to protection, they did not need to be on campus to exercise the right of free speech. Indeed, at least some of the 2017 events at Berkeley can now be seen to be part of a coordinated campaign to organize appearances on American campuses likely to incite a violent reaction, in order to advance a facile narrative that universities are not tolerant of conservative speech."

The report notes that many students and staff felt threatened “not just by the message of the speakers, but by the large police presence required to assure everyone’s safety.”

Uh, there wouldn't be a large police presence if it weren't for the butthurt lefties swinging melee weapons indiscriminately, but details schmetails.

So, supposedly, conservatives went to UC Berkeley because they knew progressives were going to fly into a batsh*t rage and crack skulls. That way they could point to said batsh*t progressives as an example of universities being anti-free speech. It was all our fault, apparently. "Sure, the students were venting their frustrations in an unproductive manner. But, all you had to do was not be a non-leftist. Then, none of this would have transpired."

It's not the colleges and universities fault for being anti-conservative and anti-free speech. It's conservatives' fault for *squints at notes* causing them to be anti-conservative and free speech. Basically, if you wish to avoid having purple-haired genderless lefty hyenas bash your brains in, you have to fall in line with leftist orthodoxy.

This, my friends, is why college is for dummies.
