Landmark Supreme Court decision rules that trans women are not, in fact, women
While it took Britain's highest court in the land to affirm the biological reality that trans women are men, the real scandal is that this needed to be done in the first place. Nonetheless, the goal post has officially swung in the direction of sanity, as the UK’s Supreme Court ruled what even cavemen always knew to be true.
The UK Supreme Court has ruled that trans women are not women.
The ruling means that those who are biologically male can be excluded on legal grounds from women’s bathrooms, sports, locker rooms, organizations, etc.

According to CNN:
Britain’s Supreme Court ruled unanimously that the definition of a woman in equality legislation refers to “a biological woman and biological sex,” sparking celebrations outside court among gender-critical campaigners but warnings it was a “worrying” development for transgender people.
Despite this always being accurate, what this legal definition centers around is that you cannot have equal rights among the sexes when men are considered women by simply confessing to feelings they may or may not have.
The case centered on whether trans women with a gender recognition certificate (GRC) – which offers legal recognition of someone’s female sex – are protected from discrimination as a woman under the nation’s Equality Act 2010.
LOL. The fact that the UK has something called a “gender recognition certificate” proves how insane the culture has gotten. This is not rocket science, but only the left can take the simplest concept since the beginning of time and make it so complicated that even they cannot describe it.
A group of campaigners in Scotland brought a challenge in 2018, arguing that those rights should only safeguard those assigned as women at birth. But the Scottish government said that a trans woman with a GRC is legally a woman and should therefore be afforded the same legal protections.
See, this would make sense except for the fact that a man can never be a woman. This is why trans rights are not really if the goal is to have equal rights, as you can’t have equality when affording special rights to a fraction of the population. So, while it’s foolish that this even had to be taken to the highest court of the land, at least we can conclude that the truth always prevails one way or another.
