Don't be expecting a job at Barstool if you come from Harvard, MIT, or PENN. Dave Portnoy, outraged after watching the university presidents refuse to condemn calls for Jewish genocide, refuses to hire any graduates unless the presidents resign in disgrace. It's a trend that's been brewing since Harvard students simped for Hamas on October 8th. El Pres just escalated things.

To recap, the presidents of Harvard, MIT, and PENN sat before a congressional hearing on the rampant antisemitism that has been happening on college campuses since October 7th. The question: Does calling for the genocide of Jews violate [your university’s] code of conduct or rules regarding bullying or harassment?

The answer? Saying Jews need to be genocided falls under "free speech," but genociding them yourself would be a bridge too far.

Here's how the New York Times framed it.

Portnoy said after sharing the video of the three presidents, “Not that this will make a huge difference, but moving forward, I will not hire any student who graduates from any of these schools until these Deans step down."

Adding:

“The Deans of 3 supposedly prestigious Universities in the United States somehow refusing to condemn students calling for the Genocide of Jews on campus. AKA – the murder of all Jews. Newsflash that is calling for the murder of myself, my parents and my entire family. And these ‘leaders’ refuse to condemn this as hate speech on their campuses?

“This isn’t debating whether there should be a cease fire or discussing the future of Israel and Palestine in the Middle East. This is calling for the MURDER OF ALL JEWS everywhere and these absolute coward school administrators refuse to condemn it.”

In fairness, they're all sorry. Well, two of them are sorry. Well, two of them are kinda sorry. Harvard President Claudine Gay claims you're partially at fault for "confusing" what she said.

PENN President Liz Magill, at least, released a video where she claimed, "I was focused on our University's long-standing policies aligned with the U.S. Constitution, which says the speech alone is not punishable."

It's all b-b-b-bullshit because these institutes of higher learning have no problem punishing speech alone in other circumstances.

In 2019, Harvard withdrew Kyle Kashuv's acceptance when people dug up offensive text messages from when he was a preteen.

In 2021, PENN threatened students if they spoke out about Will Thomas deciding he was Lia Thomas now.

In 2021, MIT (no apology from their president yet) dismissed a pastor after saying something factual about George Floyd.

Protestors causing Jewish students to be afraid to leave their dorm rooms or even attempt to go to campus out of fears of having future congressional Democrat staffers screaming "intifada" and "from the river to the sea" in their faces falls under "free speech" according to elite universities that don't believe in free speech in almost any other circumstance.
