A little inside campaign baseball before we get rolling: the way palm cards and campaign literature works is that you have different flyers for different target audiences. So when the Democrat nominee for Governor in Virginia Ralph Northam has some literature with his running mate Justin Fairfax and some without, it usually means he wants to target different audiences.

Let's take a look at his campaign lit:

Where are the calls of racism?

Oh how Democrats will make excuses for their own side. In Virginia, Ralph Northam is the Democrats’ nominee for governor. He has a black running mate named Justin Fairfax. Except, in Northern Virginia, you would never know that. Justin Fairfax has been memory holed in Northern Virginia. Ralph Northam deleted Fairfax from palm cards being passed out.

Why would they delete Fairfax in Northern Virginia? Well, one of the more powerful unions in Virginia favors a pipeline that Justin Fairfax opposes. The Atlantic Coast Pipeline has been pushed by the unions passing out the palm cards for Northam’s campaign. So the only statewide black Democratic candidate has to be deleted from the palm cards.

Now ask yourself how the Washington Post would cover this if the Republicans had memory holed a black candidate like that?

Of course the media wouldn't cover this. We, as conservatives, would all be dragged from our homes and propped up in front of MSNBC's cameras. Media would demand we denounce the candidate. Lest they set our homes aflame.

But let's take the campaign's excuse at face value: it still goes to show how stupid the left thinks people are. And how in the tank unions are for the Democrat Party.

UNION BOSS: This guy opposes our big issue, but he's a Democrat so let's just delete him from the palm card.

UNION FOOT SOLDIER: But sir, he's also bla--

UNION BOSS: Are you saying you're a racist?

UNION FOOT SOLDER: Well, no. But I think--

UNION BOSS: So yeah, just take him off the palm card. Besides, how many people even know what a lieutenant governor is?

They're totally the party of the people, don't you know.

And if a Republican ever removed any black candidate, woman candidate, or trans demon candidate from any campaign literature for any reason, he or she would be crucified by the press. Is there any denying it?
