Remember when the media went after and condemned the Biden administration’s withdrawal from Afghanistan after Americans died? Me neither. That is why JD Vance called out the media for obsessing over the Signal story but turning a blind eye to the Afghanistan withdrawal.

It's not possible to sum it up better than that.

This is exactly why we have the saying, “If the left did not have double standards, they would have no standards at all.” The media does not care about objective reporting, so much so that they would rather create fake outrage among the public than actually hold people accountable who should be.

No one died because of the Signal chat, but the media is more upset about this than when 13 innocent Americans died after dedicating their lives to this country.

The media's response to SignalGate is disgenous, and the American people are not buying it.

When the Biden Administration was asked by a reporter if anyone was held accountable for the disastrous withdrawal, John Kirby said that "not everything went according to plan" and that they "hold [themselves] all accountable."

Can you imagine the type of response the media would have had if someone in the Trump administration brushed off something like that? We would never hear the end of it, but to the left, this is the biggest scandal since Watergate, and it's hypocritical, to say the very least.
