Shia LaBeouf swung and missed us. I could open with some ad hominem jabs against little Shia. Mainly aimed at his uninspiring stature, but that's not little Shia's fault. Sure, I could call him Shorty VonTiny, but that's kind of a backhanded insult at his parents, who swirled together the short genes for their bouncy baby midget. And who am I to insult mothers? Let's skip all the playground insults and go right to the heart here: Shia tried to silence our show, and lost. Hard.

Here's the 411: Louder with Crowder flew to New York to hijack Shia's "He Will Not Divide Us" live stream (which has since been shut down. For causing division) for their own regular, live Thursday night show (full video of this show is down below). It was an epic fair, full of insightful debate and nary a sucker punch. Probably because Shia wasn't there to go all Fight Club on everyone.

The post went live, and shortly thereafter, Mr. LaBeouf's team of snarling lawyers told YouTube that Louder with Crowder had infringed copyright. Even though the #HeWillNotDivideUs stream was open to the public. Shia had a losing case. Rather than shrinking away, the LwC lawyers suited up and invited Shia's lawyers to a tete-e-tete in court. Guess what?

No show. Shia's lawyers huffed and puffed... and that's about it. Turns out bully tactics don't take you far when the law has a clear road to victory. Our video was placed back on YouTube.

When a system is created allowing for the infringement of speech, it then twists the natural legal order; making people guilty until proven innocent. Naturally, the political wing who is anti-free speech exploits this system at every opportunity. We've seen it before, when YouTube removed (and since restored) the Democratic Socialism video.

Different from government censorship, leftists try to abuse systems (like YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter) in order to remove speech they find displeasing. Especially speech which directly contradicts their undying narratives. See, one major difference between conservatives and liberals? We invite debate. Please, use whatever platform you wish to speak. We welcome it. What we don't welcome? Trying to shut down any speech just because it offends your little bitty feelings. Which, of course, the left does. Defining any speech they don't like as "Hate Speech" or "offensive," "triggering."

Conservatives create rebuttals. We invite discussion. Even if we find you to be utterly contemptible. And short.
