If they weren't so evil and detrimental to our country, you could almost admire journalismers shamelessness and lack of self respect. Vivek Ramaswamy told a Washington Post content creator exactly what she would do as he was making her look stupid... and she did it anyway. It's remarkable.

To recap. Hours after the White House announced he was kicking off his campaign with a Saturday speech claiming everyone who disagrees with him is white supremacist (I'm paraphrasing), a WaPo journalismer asked Vivek to condemn white supremacy twice. Let's focus on this one sentence from Vivek's response.

"I know you're going to go print this headline tomorrow, I know how your game works, 'Vivek Ramaswamy Won't Condemn White Supremacy.'"

She did it anyway.

I went with a screencapture so you had a moment to appreciate the journalisming before BOOM goes the community notes.

Vivek gave her thoughtful paragraphs when all she wanted was a five-second soundbite. One where the candidate repeated specific words back to her in a specific order she demanded.

Here's Ramaswamy's full answer:

I'm not going to recite some catechism for you. I'm against vicious racial discrimination in this country. I'm not pledging allegiance to your new religion of modern wokeism, which actually fit the test. I'm not going to bend the knee to your religion. I'm not going to ask you to bend to mine and I'm not going to bend the knee to yours.

And frankly, this is why people have lost trust, and I know you're going to go print this headline tomorrow, I know how your game works, "Vivek Ramaswamy Won't Condemn White Supremacy." Because you asked a stupid question. The reality is, I condemn vicious racial discrimination in this country, but the kind of vicious racial discrimination we see today is discrimination on the basis of race in a very different direction.

We saw this last year with Dave Portnoy. El Pres was throwing a pizza festival to support local pizza places, but he also goes on Fox News and told a bad joke ten years ago, so the media looks for any excuse to destroy him. That includes calling the pizza place and asking "Hey, did you hear all these bad things about Portnoy?"

El Pres caught WaPo's journalismer ON VIDEO and called her out on her hit piece. WaPo ran with it anyway.

The journalisming industry doesn't care. As long as they get shout-outs from within their elitist NYC/DC bubbles, it doesn't matter that the rest of us see through their bullsh*t. Yet, for some reason, when a poll comes out listing journalism as the least trusted institution in America, they don't understand why.
