The back story prior to this clip is a WaPo content creator attempting to do a journalism by bringing up something a former congressman said in 2019 (four years ago) as an excuse to ask Vivek about white supremacy. When Vivek answered her question using different words in a different order than she liked, she said "You didn’t say that you condemn white supremacy though."

And boom goes the dynamite.

I'm not going to recite some catechism for you. I'm against vicious racial discrimination in this country. I'm not pledging allegiance to your new religion of modern wokeism, which actually fit the test. I'm not going to bend the knee to your religion. I'm not going to ask you to bend to mine and I'm not going to bend the knee to yours.

And frankly, this is why people have lost trust, and I know you're going to go print this headline tomorrow, I know how your game works, "Vivek Ramaswamy Won't Condemn White Supremacy." Because you asked a stupid question. The reality is, I condemn vicious racial discrimination in this country, but the kind of vicious racial discrimination we see today is discrimination on the basis of race in a very different direction.

There is a very specific reason why journalismers are asking this question today of GOP candidates, and Ron DeSantis and Nikki Haley better both be ready for it. It's because Joe Biden just announced he's giving a speech on January 6th... about white supremacy.

Biden is making the alleged "threat" of white supremacy the cornerstone of his reelection campaign. He's using the anniversary or January 6th to do it. And he's going to Valley Forge -- where George Washington led the American Revolution --- to mumble and slur his way through a speech.

On a related note, Joe Biden is losing ground with voters of color across almost every demographic. Critics say that Democrats have nothing else to run on, so that's why it's going to be all white supremacy, all the time. When I say critics, I mean anyone with functioning brain cells.

The memo went out to reporters to make everything about white supremacy. Vivek provided the standard all candidates should follow with his answer.
