Lack of sleep is unhealthy and can even be dangerous. It's causes are as numerous as the hairs on unshaven feminist pits. Hormonal imbalances, chronic illness, insomnia, late nights binge-watching Bob Ross on Netflix, to name a few. Vox did some "research" of their own and, as they explain in the video below, found a troubling statistic. It has to do with race because of course it does. Five minutes of Vox staff erupting gaseous thought bubbles is probably more damaging to your health than losing a few hours of sleep. So proceed with caution.

A good night’s rest is critical for your health, and a lot can go wrong when you don’t get enough it. Sleep deprivation can contribute to obesity, diabetes, inflammation, heart disease, and more. The minimum recommended amount for adults is 7 hours (this too can vary from person to person). But, a third of Americans are sleep deprived — and on average, Black Americans are clocking in the least amount of z’s.

Black Americans already face steep disparities in health, and not getting enough good sleep can compound on those issues. By examining the sleep gap, and addressing the root causes, we may be able to tackle other inequalities in the US too.

Once upon a time racism was easy to spot. Usually by the "no coloreds allowed" signs. Nowadays, if one wants to find racism, one has to dig much deeper. Guilty parties include the likes of soap dispensers, iPhones, trees, and suspicious bananas. Oh, and the fictional mystery men who go about committing false hate crimes.

Vox set out to prove a point about racism with this video. Funnily enough, they did. They proved just how much America is lacking in it. In a society where racism is rampant, you don't have to look very far to find it.

The left has a death grip on their everything is racist narrative. I doubt we'll be seeing them give it up anytime soon. Hence all the desperate digging for a trace of racism.
